1. Introduction

Welcome to the Amlaki property management platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform": the Amlaki website and mobile applications.
  • "User": any person who uses the platform, whether a property owner, a real-estate office, or a tenant.
  • "Services": all services provided through the platform, including property, contract and payment management.
  • "Subscription": the paid plan chosen by the user to access the platform's services.

3. Terms of Use

When using the platform, you agree to:

  • Provide true and accurate information when registering.
  • Keep your account credentials and password confidential.
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Accounts and Registration

To use Amlaki's services, you must create an account. When creating your account:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Amlaki offers a range of subscription plans:

  • Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include value-added tax.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically: we send you a reminder before the term ends, and a subscription is renewed only once the fee for the new term has been paid and verified; otherwise it ends on its end date.
  • Amounts paid for unused periods are not refunded.
  • You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new plan is activated once its fee has been paid and verified.
  • If payment is not made, the account may be suspended until outstanding amounts are settled.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, including its design, logos, software and content, are owned by or licensed to Amlaki. No part of the platform may be copied, distributed or modified without prior written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Your Obligations When Entering Third-Party Data

When you enter data about tenants, owners or employees on the platform, you are the controller of that data and Amlaki acts as a processor on your behalf. This means you must:

  • Inform the data subject that their data will be processed through the platform, and of the purpose of processing
  • Ensure there is a lawful basis for the processing (a contract, a legal obligation, or consent)
  • Not enter data that is not actually needed to manage the rental relationship
  • Keep the data accurate and up to date, and correct anything the data subject asks you to correct
  • Respond to data subjects' requests (access, correction, deletion) within the statutory time limits
  • Notify us immediately if you become aware of any leak of, or unauthorized access to, data you have entered

For its part, Amlaki undertakes to process this data according to your instructions and solely to operate the service, applying the protection measures described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be available without interruption or free of errors.
  • Any information provided through the platform is accurate or complete.
  • The platform will meet all of your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Amlaki will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. In all cases, our liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid during the last three months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the changes means you accept them.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if these terms are violated.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
