What we do
The platform covers the full rental cycle: properties and units, tenants, lease contracts and renewals, instalment schedules, collection with oldest-first (FIFO) allocation of partial payments, expenses, owner statements and settlements, and financial and operational reports, with both Hijri (Umm al-Qura) and Gregorian dates.
Our relationship with Ejar
Amlakire is an independent company, not a government body. It prepares lease data for documentation on the Ejar platform, which is supervised by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA); leases are documented there through a licensed real estate office. There is no direct technical integration between Amlakire and Ejar.
